i have no idea where i need to ask for help, if you could forward it to
someone i would appreciate it.  i keep getting returned mail notices from
places i never send mail, at first it was just a few, now i can have
several notices everytime i check my mail.   i am "sending out " spam from
my email, but it is not me.  how  can i stop it.
