which has no horde account. I think of a link that i can gife everyone to

Best it would be exactly like it is with the linked attachments in IMP.
For a set period of time the file is downloadable and i have the ability
to delete it for download i it was downloaded.
There should be also a possibility to view the files which are world
readable in the moment.
