The kolab server does allow to login using either the user e-mail address
or the user UID. Horde cannot handle this because it needs a unique user
id. 

I modified the Auth/kolab.php driver to rewrite a given UID to the kolab
mail address. This needs an additional LDAP handler (code from Steffen
Hansen as mentioned in the documentation header of the class) in
Kolab/Kolab.php.

Sugested patches attached.
