read-vcard-org.phpt fails because of this commit:

These two test can be fixed with the attached patch.

I did not check why the timezones.phpt fails since the the original commit
message (http://cvs.horde.org/framework/iCalendar/tests/timezones.phpt)
suggested it might not work.
