every click that stores history information results in an access to

Talk about unneeded load on the server...  BTW, this doesn't happen with
Mozilla (1.5 or 2).

For now, I have compressed 'dhtmlHistory.html' from 1425 bytes to 169
bytes.  But we need to seriously think about removing this (or at least
turning this off for IE) since it may cause more problems then it fixes.
