We have submitted a 'problem' request on HORDE, but they are not responding
to our query.  

We are able to login to the website, but not able to retrieve our email.
We are getting an error message stating that the internet address has
changed since the beginning of our mail session and to please log in
again.

Please advise who to contact to resolve this issue.
