it does not appear that filters on the body of mail messages work at all.
a filter on the subject seems ok. I have been getting tons of stock offers
lately that typically have text like 'Short-term Target:' that I dont get
in real mail, I have a bunch in my inbox now, created a filter, refreshed,
and they are still there.

I tried a filter with multiple conditions first, then one with a single
test, still no filtering apparent on a matching body.

I marked this high priority as it is a HUGE issue for me to weed out the
75:1 spam to good emails when I am connected via dialup while travelling.
