If by this you mean that you go back to the login page, then your cookie
settings - probably cookie_path, in Horde's conf.php - are wrong. If you
mean that the page loads and loads and doesn't end, then you probably need
to read http://wiki.horde.org/ImpImapConfig and either tell your IMAP
server not to list folders starting in the user's home dir, or tell IMP to
override the IMAP server's config.
