I have taken a look at the lists etc and cannot see this.  I am using a
windows 2003 server against exchange and have recently upgraded to the
latest version of imp.  If I use folder subscriptions, all sub folders are
displayed in the left hand pane and the folder navigator.  If I do not,
only the top level is available.  Interesting, IMP is picking up the
folders as they are shown in the drop downs.
