It would be useful to be able to rename / set the name for this folder.

The field is stored in the identity data (horde_prefs.pref_value where
pref_name = 'identities')

Suggested place for field: Options for Mail -> Server and Folder
Information.
This screen already has similar options for the Drafts, Trash and Spam
folders.
