here are the screenshot login as test at tmv.gov.tw,and accepted the
invitation in IMP.Everything looks good at this step.

Now user,david at tmv.gov.tw open the accepted message as below,and have two
problem:
1. The Summary and  Description columns didn't convert charset correctly.

2.  Respondent Status didn't really updated,even choose update button.
