within the "attendees.php" handler. The lists are saved in the preference
system provided by horde.

I have to admit that I do not feel absolutely comfortable with this patch
since saving the lists in the preference system seems somewhat awkward. On
the other hand this allows to use the system without making a db
necessary.

If you think this the functionality might be useful but needs some
improvements please suggest what might be changed.

If it does not fit into the horde structure then this can as well remain a
kolab specific patch :)
