As it exists today, the acl code does not work in a unified cyrus
aggregator environment if user passwords are not stored in md5 format
because md5 must be enabled in cyrus in an aggregator setup.  All other
imap implementations that I have seen will fall back to the next available
auth mech if the first one in the list failed, although I didn't see
documentation about the expected behavior in the RFC.  The attached patch
will allow the acl mechanism to fall through the list of supported
authentication mechaisms.
