Never seen this before.  Almost looks like your IMAP server is not
correctly setting the CHILDREN flag.  However, I'm not going to spend much
(any) time trying to track this down unless this can be reproduced using
CVS HEAD.  The IMAP Tree code has been largely rewritten since 4.1.x, so
unless this can still be shown to be an issue, this ticket will be marked
as resolved.
