I have a couple of sets of folders that go 2 deep:

folder
  child
    subchild

DIMP is displaying these folders like so:

+ folder
subchild

If I expand folder, I see "child":
- folder
  + child
subchild

But if I expand child, it is empty. The subfolders are shown as being top
level. I _can_ display them, and they show up in the mailbox header as
having the proper hierarchy (folder/child/subchild).

Probably completely unrelated, but I also see: Error: $(_103) has no
properties every time a click on a folder. Haven't gone digging to see
what the un-munged variable name is.
