I don't think we ever had the notice (at least I don't remember any).  If
we do have a notice (which I am not against), it may be nicer to have some
sort of CSS-styled, popup prompt rather than a javascript popup/alert
prompt.

Hmmm... works for me.  This was a bit flaky since my IMAP_Tree changes up
until this weekend, but it works now for me in all situations.
