In the message view  the menu bar on top of it (delete / forward /reply
...)  looks fine with small text. However, when I enlarge the text size,
the whole
menu bar disappears. In fact it does not disappear but it shifts a lot to
the right, so that it is completely out of the window. 

This not occur if I already wrote a reply to the message and look at the
message again.
