It's pretty hard to tell. Because these users don't use email very often. I
suppose it happened about 2-3 weeks ago. Looking through CVS logs I found

however I can't test it, because have not way how to get a good copy of a
document which becomes cripled. But as attachments are encoded with new
RFC2231 method and this method uses quotedPrintableEndode() I think it
could be related.
