It's in the spool, but that doesn't mean anything since MTAs are not
delivering directly into Cyrus' spool but through LMTP.

Yeah, probably. But since is probably happening with all Cyrus server, we
need to work around that somehow. I'm probably going to update to a newer
version these days, maybe it's a bug that has been fixed.
