The Device/Synthesis.php module is used for PocketPC and PalmOS devices.

As Pocket PC tasks can have 3 priority levels and Palm OS tasks can have 5
priority levels, the convertServer2Client () function (line 43) should
check the device platform before converting Horde task priority (5 levels)
into a Device task priority with only 3 levels. For a Palm OS device no
conversion is required.
