This is a bug in Text_Wiki. If there's no new_text and new_url specified
for a wiki link it does the wrong thing. There's even a note in the code
saying "do we really want to do this? it's broken" (it's in the Wikilink
renderer). If you specify non-empty new_text it doesn't check to make sure
there's a new_url.
