The kolab server provides extended free/busy information. Support for this
has been recently added to the Horde::iCalendar vfreebusy driver. The
attached patch will allow kronolith to retrieve this information. In
addition kronolith will use authentication to retrrieve the data
(authenticated retrieval of free/busy information is the default for
kolab).
