In my description of the help system (Ticket #4899), a couple of typos and
inaccuracies have crept in:
- some attributes were mis-spelled,
- NCRs in help.xml are not arbitrary,
- the <i> element does not just italicize its content.
Also, I think, an example of the PHP message pertinent to mis-spelled
arguments, and some examples regarding the ref, eref, and href, elements
might be helpful.

Throughout po/README, it is assumed that the horde/po is the current
working directory for the commands quoted. I suggest that this should be
made evident by including explicit cd commands.
