No other typos found. The main reason for this ticket is the spelling of
the arguments ("URL" -> "url", "Id" -> "id"); I have these verified,
again, in horde/lib/Horde/Help.php.

Note that horde/po/README is encoded in UTF-8 (on account of that
Traditional Chinese example), hence the attached README.diff has to be
interpreted as UTF-8 (though it does not start with a BOM).

»cd horde/po« commands removed, as requested. Note added about the
required working directory, and about path to the local PHP binary.
Personally, I have walked in both of these traps, so I reckon, the hint is
appropriate.
