What does it do?

In Kronoltih you can choose which calendars are included in your
Free-Busy-Information. All events from these calendars are taken unless
they have the status 'Free'.

For our Horde installation we needed a more specific way to choose events,
though. We are using a global calendar for vacations readable and writeable
for everone. If someone includes this calendar in his Free-/Busy-Info he
will be shown as busy at all vacations in the calendar, not only his own.
On the other hand, if someone does not include this calendar, he will be
shown as free although being on vacation :-(

The patches add a new checkbox to the Kronolith Free-/Busy-Info
configuration. When checked, events from the calendars are taken into the
Free-/Busy-Info only if you are the creator of the event or you are one of
the attendees and havn't declined the inivitation. This is what the new
block in FreeBusy.php does.

So everyone at our installation can now include "global" calendars in his
Free-/Busy-Info and only events that have somethong to do with him are
included in the Free-/Busy-Info.
