When 1.5.1 is stable, the following changes seem particularly useful:
* Add unified Browser detection by providing
Prototype.Browser.(IE|Gecko|WebKit|Opera) booleans.  Closes #6800.
* Fix a bug in the simulated hasAttribute for IE due to getAttributeNode
