Currently PEAR-Net_IMAP is included in Share/Share/kolab.php by requiring
Kolab/Kolab.php which will also load Net-IMAP. I intend to allow switching
the Kolab module to allow using the c-client module within PHP. In that
case the module would not necessarily get loaded anymore and
Share/kolab.php would fail.
