Now *I* am seeing this error, but not on every pageload, and not
reproducibly.  However, looks like this is a Mozilla bug so theres nothing
we can do about it.  See http://dev.rubyonrails.org/ticket/5393

As for keybindings.js, I still can't reproduce this.  Can any other dev
reproduce?
