The current system locale is changed to Turkish. This affects all
processes started from PHP during the page request. Since Horde/IMP, and
not even PHP knows whether you are using Maildir or mbox, this problem has
to be in the c-client library or the imap communication. You can rule out
the latter by tracing the imap traffic.
