I think "description" is more straight forward. "note" seems a bit
ambiguous. 

I do agree with the configuration name being "title" however. I think I
mentioned this in my first post.

I think you should pride yourself with having good HCI throughout Horde.
At the moment, it leaves something to be desired, and has been the cause
of many modifications to my installation of Horde.
