I tried to create hierarchical Deliverables in this order:
1. Business Applications
1.1 CRM
1.2 VRM
2. Human Resources
2.1 Recruiting
3.  Networking
3.1 Local Area Network

In the *New Time* page, the cost object drop down is messed up with this
hierarchy. Please refer the attached screenshots.
