When a user clicks on a folder in the sidebar IMP displays that folder,
currently when a user clicks on a Kolab mailbox (a calendar/tasklist/etc.)
they are shown the last mailbox(es) they had selected. The attached patch
makes the Kolab behaviour match the IMP behaviour by selecting the clicked
folder as the currently displayed calendar/tasklist/etc. 

Users can still access the last displayed shares via the Organising ->
Calendar/Notes/Tasks/Contacts links.
