If one selects "dynamic" from the Mode popup, the when logged in it used
DIMP as expected. However, subsqeuently clicking on "Mail" in the left
menu goes back to plain old IMP with no apparent way to stay with DIMP. I
think this setting should be sticky for the session, so references to mail
go to DIMP.
