The attached patch makes use of Horde's IMAP Cache with the c-client Kolab
IMAP driver to reduce the time spent loading shares which contain a lot of
objects. 

It also changes the Kolab IMAP class to make use of the c-client driver
whenever possible, instead of the PHP Pear driver. This means that for all
operations that don't require ANNOTATEMORE/METADATA support the c-client
driver will be used, so users without a patched version of the c-client
library (and PHP) will still be able to benefit from the caching support.
