Turba currently builds the source configuration automatically if Turba has
a backend that allows shares.
A SQL backend that allows shares will result in configuration entries
named 'sql', 'sql:shared1', 'sql:shared2' etc.
For the Kolab driver there are ONLY shares: So while 'kolab:share1',
'kolab:share2' exists, 'kolab' does not.
The attached patch would fix this by initially copying the 'sql' or
'kolab' configuration into a config template and then optionally deleting
this template from the current list of configuration templates.
Would this work or does it violate some other Horde concept?
Thanks.
