I don't recall.  But the tree icons on the folder navigator are facing the
wrong way.  The rev-*.png icons should be used, but they aren't.  The files
that needed work are:

imp/folders.php
imp/lib/IMAP/Thread.php
framework/Tree/Tree/html.php

These are now fixed.

Remaining problems:

The character set drop-down on the IMP compose page is also left-aligned
instead of right.

The tree icons in the sidebar don't line up for the sub-folders of
"lists".
