We've had Horde mail for years. All of a sudden it's like a snail to open. 
Never had this problem. 

Plus, it takes forever to upload attachments.  We didn't max out out
attachment allotment, but some attachments say their attached and no
attachment is recieved on the other end. 

And - is "blacklisting" the same as spam? - I've looked everywhere for a
spam folder and none exists.
