The direction:ltr styule stuff is only in:

dimp/templates/chunks/compose.php
templates/help/about.inc
templates/login/login.inc
imp/templates/compose/compose.html
imp/templates/login/login.html
incubator/pigeon/templates/login/login.html

It should only be needed in things like the phpshell where it really needs
to be LTR.
