with the attached patch I tried to make the birthdays from Turba all day
events in Kronolith. Kronolith recognizes an event as all day if the
duration is >= 23:59:xx and if end->mday > start->mday.

If I apply the patch, the birthday event shows correctly. on the date of
the birthday in the "day" view. If I switch to the week or month view, the
event gets shifted one day into the future. Either something is wrong with
the modified code or it could be a hidden bug in Kronolith. Please check.
