When editing a share with umlauts in its ID, the use of htmlspeciachars()
within the JavaScript snippet of the share list does not work. In fact no
conversion should be used to have correct array indices.

In addition the edit_share value does not get reset when a user first
selects a share and subsequently decides to create a new share. In that
case the share selected first will get renamed.
