This is the same problem as in bug #4094. It is a the locale problem. But
the attached patch in the related bug didn't work for me since it didn't
changed all the ”%.2f” instances with “%.2F”. 

Btw. The related ticked wasn't solved as file PDF should support php 4.2.
Now as 4.7 is out maybe we can apply it, since 4.3 it would be required.
