the organizing icon is theme independent
it always give:
n_horde_menu['organizing']['icon'] =
'/pmail/themes/graphics/organizing.png';
n_horde_menu['organizing']['icondir'] = '';

the organizing.png should also be theme dependent

I put it to themes/rhea-blue/graphics/organizing.png

I also included some new icons, and a new screen.css (not a patch,
committing to cvs should merge)
