When one has a long folder list and wants to move a folder from the bottom
up to the top, this is not possible if there is the need to scroll to get
displayed the target folder.

It would be helpful if the folder tree panel would be longer (like it it
is in IMP) and/or if it there would be an auto-scrolling when getting  to
either  end of the displayable list.
