in create.mysql.sql the last line of the horde_alarms block has a comma
that causes the script to fail with the following error.

ERROR 1064 (42000) at line 161: You have an error in your SQL syntax;
check the
manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax
to use

change the line to:
    alarm_internal  TEXT

and the initial database creation is successful
