Okay, here's my proposal on this one:

- we move the "send updates" checkbox down to just above the bottom set of
buttons so that it's in your line of sight when you save the event in case
you need a reminder that you want to send them.

- we check it automatically when the user does anything in the attendees
window

Otherwise we leave things alone.
