A few notes on the XPI after using it a little:

- right now Trean only allows one share per user, so it'd be nice to skip
the top level (i.e. "Chuck Hagenbuch's Bookmarks") and have the next level
right in the top level menu. Once we allow more shares, maybe we can still
do this, but with the share name as "labels" of menu sections.

- the configuration dialog doesn't have an OK button (in FF2/MacOS).
Hitting escape seems to save things okay though.

- Also FF2/Mac, when I navigate to a category in the menu, I see Loading
... It doesn't change from that to the actual list, though, until I move
away from the category and then back to it.
