Ok. Just committed fix for the deletion problem.

I can't reproduce the problem with permissions though.

1 edit permissions of any address book from My Address Book page
2 close permission window
3 navigate around turba / horde
4 come back to My Address Book page and edit permissions again

I see the permissions set as expected.
