View permissions doesn't work anymore. I was trying to create addressbook
from my account, and make it visible to all logged in users. However other
users doesn't see my "public" addressbook. Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with administrator account.
2. Create addressbook named "Test".
3. Set permissions for All Authenticated Users to Show and Read.
4. Logout and login with any other user.
5. There is no addressbook named "Test" in Turba.
