procmail.php generates echo commands in .procmailrc without using -e
option.
According to man 1 echo (at least on my Gentoo), the default option is -E,
which means interpretation of backslash escapes is disabled. Naturally, the
auto-reply text will contain \\r\\n instead of <CR><LF>.

Please add -e option to echo commands.
