Perhaps I don't have this in the correct group.

However, I have Horde webmail on my server which was installed by Plesk (v
8.1).  It DOES offer an option to change the password.  There is a closed
lock icon underneath it (if that makes a difference or might give a clue
to the problem).

Every time I try and change my password I get an error that says that the
password entered is incorrect.  I can ASSURE you, it IS correct.

Can you give me any help on this?
